For all other insurances: If you have out-of-network benefits, insurance may reimburse you for a portion of the session cost. I provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
I have also partnered with Thrizer to handle the out-of-network process automatically for you if you prefer. With Thrizer, you will only have to pay a copay for our sessions after you meet your deductible, instead of paying the full fee and waiting for reimbursements.

Email me at tami@connectedselfcounseling.com to schedule a free 15 minute consultation. We can discuss what is going on for you and see if I’m a good fit for your needs.
In our first meeting I will get to know more about you and what your goals are. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and we will mutually decide if I am the best person to provide the services you need to help you achieve your goals.
The frequency of sessions is an on-going, collaborative discussion based on your specific needs. Weekly sessions are generally recommended for new clients. Session frequency decreases as you make progress.
